I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room I got was much better than what we booked, with an excellent washroom and shower that had high-pressure hot water. However, there was a strong smell coming from the kitchen. On the bright side, the room had a fridge which was quite convenient.

The service was fantastic. Even with our slow and poor Spanish, the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. They even made an exception and allowed my small dog to stay with us. Additionally, they were polite and explained everything thoroughly. The only downside was the taste of the cereal provided, which was a bit off.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in downtown Pereira. While it was great to be close to the main square, it did get a little noisy at times. Overall, being perfectly situated in the city center was a big plus.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The rooms were clean and filled with the tempting smell of bacon in the morning from the kitchen below, which made breakfast enjoyable. However, the noise from the bathroom ventilation system was quite bothersome due to the open louvred slats. The air conditioning provided some relief, though.
